Chimney sweep logs do not sweep chimneys. They loosen some creosote - which then falls where a brush and vacuum still have to collect it.

Free Chimney Inspection with Any Sweep
Book a standard chimney sweep in Alpharetta and we’ll do a visual inspection at no added charge. This is the fastest way to know whether your flue just needs cleaning or whether something inside it needs attention. The written price for the sweep is delivered before we start, and the inspection is part of that quote, not a surprise line item. Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (762) 600-1468.
First-Time Customer Courtesy: 10% Off Your First Sweep
If you’ve never used Flint Chimney Co Alpharetta before, your first standard sweep qualifies for a 10% courtesy. It applies to homeowners in Alpharetta and the surrounding north Fulton communities. You’ll still receive the written price before any work begins, so the discount is reflected on the quote you approve, not applied after the fact. Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (762) 600-1468.
Senior and Military Courtesy: 10% Off Any Service
We extend a standing 10% courtesy to Alpharetta seniors aged 65 and up and to active-duty or retired military. It applies to any service we perform, sweep, inspection, or repair. Bring it up when you book and we’ll note it on your written quote before any work starts. Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (762) 600-1468.
Seasonal Tune-Up: Sweep and Visual Inspection Package
Before burning season in Alpharetta, we recommend a sweep paired with a full visual inspection of the firebox, damper, flue, and exterior chimney components. This package is priced as a flat quote you approve before we begin, and it often catches small issues, like a loose damper or early creosote glaze, while they’re still cheap to address. Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (762) 600-1468.
Written Estimate on Any Repair: Always Free
Every repair quote from Flint Chimney Co Alpharetta is free, and it’s delivered in writing before you commit to anything. If we recommend work, you’ll see exactly what it costs, what materials we’re specifying, and why we’re recommending it. You’re never obligated to proceed, and you’ll never get a call-back price that’s higher than the number you approved. Valid through March 31, 2027. Mention this offer when you call (762) 600-1468.

AfterWhy These Offers Come With a Written Guarantee
Every repair we complete in Alpharetta carries our 365-Day Done Right Promise. That’s a written guarantee valid for a full year from the service date. If a covered repair fails during that year, we return and make it right at no charge, no argument, no second invoice. We can offer that because Hank Delano runs this operation the way the Garrison Partners family has since 2002: the price is written before the work, the materials are specified by job, and the guarantee is something we hand you on paper. Not a promise we describe over the phone.
What These Offers Never Do
We don’t use coupons to get in the door and then recommend work you don’t need. If we recommend a flue relining, for example, you’ll see the camera footage that supports it. If we recommend a repair using HeatShield or a DuraFlex liner, we’ll tell you why that product fits your chimney specifically. And if your chimney is fine, we’ll tell you that too. That’s the Garrison Code, and it applies to every offer on this page.
